The Terramic RT9

Not many dumpers get a lot of media attention when they’re first released, but that certainly was not the case with the Terramac RT9.

This beast of a dumper can carry 18,000 pounds, and it’s powered by a 230-horsepower Cummins diesel engine. In terms of size, it’s pretty big – 17 feet 7 inches to be precise, while width is 8 feet 5 inches. The Terramic can be provided with open and closed cabs, but it offers comfort, security and reliable operation.

It’s certainly not cheap for a dumper, and whilst it’s no longer ‘top of the range’, it is still one of the most sought after models by Terramic, and it’s often used to mount cranes, drills and water tanks. You won’t be let down by this dumper, even with a load of over 17,000 pounds, and that’s why it’s one of the most popular models on the market.
