Many construction projects have strict specifications that need to be adhered to. Safety regulations, client requirements, perimeter boundaries. These are all detailed and specific conditions that should be kept to on any project that lists them as necessary.
Within construction there are many areas in which these specific specifications can sometimes go under the radar. Material orders are a common area in which what was specified for the project is sometimes not adequate. So in order to keep the project running additional materials are ordered, and as a result the project specifications are not kept to. This is an instance in which the project specifications are broken, but for the sake of project continuation.
However, sometimes areas of construction are neglected and specifications not adhered to for unnecessary factors. Corners may be cut in order to complete certain areas of the project, resulting in a faster completion time, but lesser quality of requirements.
